Customize the pop-up design

In the Appearance section, you can customize the overall look and feel of the pop-up to match your brand.

Choose pop-up size

  • On desktop, you can customize the pop-up size and text alignment to suit different layout needs.
  • On mobile, default responsive settings are applied. Custom sizing is not currently supported.
  • Add your brand logo and images to the pop-up to boost visual impact.
  • On desktop, you can flexibly position the image (top, left, or right) to align with your content and create a more cohesive design.

Style the button

  • Button size: Options include small, medium, large, and extra large.
  • Button color:
    • Use one of the preset color schemes;

  • To improve conversion, minimize the number of required fields.
  • You can enable GDPR consent to ensure compliance with data regulations.

Error messages

Customize error messages for form inputs to make the experience more user-friendly.

Set display pages and rules

In the Settings section, you can define where and when the pop-up should appear.

Set display pages

TIP

To show the pop-up on all pages, leave Display on specific pages disabled.

If you want the pop-up to appear only on certain pages, you can configure the rules below to determine where it should or shouldn’t be displayed.

RuleDescriptionExampleResult
ContainURL Contains specific path/collectionsPop-up appears on all collection pages (e.g., /collections/summer)
Does not containURL does not contain path/cartPop-up is hidden on cart-related pages (e.g., /cart, /cart/checkout)
EqualURL exactly matches specified page/collections/bluePop-up shows only on /collections/blue
Not equal toExclude specific page/collections/bluePop-up appears on all pages except /collections/blue

Example: Combine multiple rules

You can combine rules to create more advanced display logic. For example, if you want the pop-up to appear on all collection pages except /collections/blue, configure:

  • “Contain - /collections
  • “Does not equal - /collections/blue

In this case, the pop-up will be shown on all other collection pages, but not on /collections/blue.

Set display rules

In the Display rules section, you can control when the pop-up appears, how often it shows, and who sees it.

Trigger type

Trigger typeDescription

Frequency control

Set how long to wait before showing the pop-up again after a user closes it. This helps reduce disruption and improve browsing experience.

Location rules

You can also target pop-ups based on the visitor’s country or region, allowing for more localized and relevant marketing.

Set trigger component

In the Trigger section, you can enable or configure a floating button that users can click to manually open the pop-up.

  • You can customize the button text, icon, position, and color to match your storefront design.

TIP

If your campaign uses a click-to-trigger rule, the floating trigger button is enabled by default and cannot be disabled.
