Set display pages and rules
In the Settings section, you can define where and when the pop-up should appear.
Set display pages
TIP
To show the pop-up on all pages, leave Display on specific pages disabled.
If you want the pop-up to appear only on certain pages, you can configure the rules below to determine where it should or shouldn’t be displayed.
Rule | Description | Example | Result |
---|---|---|---|
Contain | URL Contains specific path | /collections | Pop-up appears on all collection pages (e.g., /collections/summer ) |
Does not contain | URL does not contain path | /cart | Pop-up is hidden on cart-related pages (e.g., /cart , /cart/checkout ) |
Equal | URL exactly matches specified page | /collections/blue | Pop-up shows only on /collections/blue |
Not equal to | Exclude specific page | /collections/blue | Pop-up appears on all pages except /collections/blue |
Example: Combine multiple rules
You can combine rules to create more advanced display logic. For example, if you want the pop-up to appear on all collection pages except /collections/blue
, configure:
- “Contain -
/collections
” - “Does not equal -
/collections/blue
”
In this case, the pop-up will be shown on all other collection pages, but not on /collections/blue
.
Set display rules
In the Display rules section, you can control when the pop-up appears, how often it shows, and who sees it.
Trigger type
Trigger type | Description |
---|---|
Time delay | Appears after the user has been on the page for a set number of seconds |
Scroll | Appears when the user scrolls past a defined percentage of the page |
Click trigger | Appears when the user clicks a designated trigger button |
Exit intent | Works with click triggers. For example, appears automatically when the user moves their cursor toward the top edge of the screen, helping reduce bounce |
Frequency control
Set how long to wait before showing the pop-up again after a user closes it. This helps reduce disruption and improve browsing experience.
Location rules
You can also target pop-ups based on the visitor’s country or region, allowing for more localized and relevant marketing.
Set trigger component
In the Trigger section, you can enable or configure a floating button that users can click to manually open the pop-up.
- You can customize the button text, icon, position, and color to match your storefront design.
TIP
If your campaign uses a click-to-trigger rule, the floating trigger button is enabled by default and cannot be disabled.
